On the data front, the US will publish personal income and spending figures, including the PCE price index, alongside durable goods orders. A series of leading indicators will also be in the spotlight, such as S&P PMIs, the University of Michigan consumer sentiment index, and several regional Federal Reserve surveys.

In Europe, attention will likewise center on leading indicators, with releases including PMIs, the GfK consumer climate index, Germany’s Ifo surveys, the UK’s CBI surveys, and the European Commission’s confidence indicators for the euro area. In Asia-Pacific, Japan, India, and Australia will all report PMIs. Australia will additionally release inflation and labor market data, while China will publish industrial profit figures. The Bank of Japan will also issue its Summary of Opinions.
